School marketing for admissions
A parent decides on a school months before the form is filled. We give schools the campus film, the reels, the hoardings and the ads that make that parent pick up the phone.
What an admission season includes
- A campus film and a set of short reels for each campus
- Results, toppers and events covered through the year
- Hoardings, newspaper ads, prospectus pages and standees
- Meta and Google ads pointed at admission enquiries
- A lead sheet your office can call from, updated daily
- Google Business Profile and reviews for each campus
Built around the school calendar
Admission marketing that starts in March is late. Parents shortlist schools from October, visit in the winter, and decide before the session begins in April. We plan the year backwards from that.
From October to December we build the material: the campus film, toppers and results, the annual day. From December to March the ads run, the hoardings go up and every enquiry lands in a sheet the admissions office can call from.
We shoot around the timetable, so classes are never disturbed. Students are filmed only with the school's permission, and every multi-campus school gets separate pages, profiles and ads for each campus.
Questions people ask
When should a school start admission marketing?
By October for a session that begins in April. Parents shortlist schools in the winter, so the film, reels and Google profile should be ready before then.
Can you handle a school with more than one campus?
Yes. Each campus gets its own Google Business Profile, its own ads and its own page, so a parent searching near one campus finds that campus.
Will the shoot disturb classes?
No. The shot list is planned around the timetable and we work in the gaps: assembly, breaks, labs and sports periods.
Do you run ads for school admissions?
Yes. Meta and Google ads aimed at parents in your area, with lead forms and WhatsApp, and a weekly cost-per-enquiry report.
